Full details →We start with a walkthrough or a floor-plan review, agree on the exact scope in writing, and give you a fixed-price quote. Nothing is added to the invoice after the fact. If your building has spaces that don't fit neatly into one of the three categories — a library, a gym, a commercial kitchen rented out to a caterer — we scope those individually.
Services can be bundled: a congregation that needs sanctuary and fellowship hall cleaning weekly gets one quote, one contract and one invoice. We don't require you to manage separate vendors for each space.
We work around your calendar. If your Sunday morning service starts at 9:00am and your Saturday afternoon wedding ends at 6:00pm, we clean from 7:00pm Saturday to ensure the building is ready. We track your events schedule and flag conflicts before they become problems.
