Insured, Bonded and 22 Years Serving Scandia

The documentation your trustee board needs before approving a cleaning contract — provided with every initial quote.

A trustee board approving a cleaning contractor is making a risk decision on behalf of the congregation. The cleaning crew enters the building unsupervised, handles access credentials, works around valuable and often irreplaceable furnishings, and is present during hours when most members are not. Insurance and bonding are not a formality — they are the mechanism that protects the congregation if something goes wrong.

After 22 years of providing cleaning services to faith facilities, we carry the documentation your board will ask for. Here is what is in place:

General Liability Insurance

We carry general liability insurance with limits appropriate for commercial cleaning operations. A certificate of insurance is included with every initial quote and is available on request at any time. If your trustee board requires a named additional insured on the policy, that can be arranged before the contract is signed.

Janitorial Services Bond

A janitorial bond covers your congregation in the event of theft or property damage by a cleaning crew member. It is separate from general liability and is the specific protection that matters when a crew has unsupervised building access.

Workers' Compensation

All crew members are covered under workers' compensation insurance. You are not exposed to medical or liability claims from a crew member injured in your facility.

22 Years in Business

A business that has operated for 22 years has a verifiable track record. We have been through the routine reviews and compliance requirements that a long-operating cleaning company accumulates. Your trustee board can ask for business registration documentation or a history of continuous operation — we will provide it.

Requesting Documentation

Insurance certificates, bond documentation and business registration are included with every written quote. If your board requires a named additional insured on the policy for your facility, that can be arranged before the contract is signed. Contact us at ops@thequotemasters.com or call (866) 958-8773.
